Friday, August 27, 2010. A few nights ago we went on a date night with Erin and Joel. We met Joel at his golf course after work for a little round of golf. We had a blast. Sunday, February 20, 2011. The boys made dinner! Saturday afternoon, we headed over to Matt and Lori's. The boys decided they wanted to make dinner! So Jon, Matt and Dan sat down, made their list, and headed off to Meijer. 1 hour and $80 later they are back and ready to start cooking! It was pretty chaotic in that kitchen but we shared lots of good laughs! Our menu consisted of steak kabobs, cheesy potatoes, asparagus, and garlic bread! For dessert - candy overload ice cream! Dan mixes up our Miami Vices.

Sunday, October 24, 2010. This weekend was mine and Lori's annual Birch Run shopping trip. (Her sister joined in on the adventure as well) To say the least, it was very successful! We left the house at 8 am and returned at 10:30. This whole time was spent SHOPPING! We all came home with multiple bags. I have to say my favorite purchase would have to be my puma tennis shoes. Saturday, March 5, 2011. This Made Me Laugh Today! Friday, March 4, 2011. Today was a very fun day at school! Exhausting. but fun! It was the annual "read n feed." Students were allowed to bring sleeping bags, pillows, blankets, stuffed animals, 3 favorite books from home and of course. wear their pj's! 2nd grade spent the entire day reading! I decided to be " Nice. Mrs Scholma" today ;) and let them move the desks to the sides and spread out all over the room, WHEREVER THEY WANTED! The kids had a blast!
