Tuesday, June 18, 2013. This is my second fire truck cake, and it is similar to the first cake, but there are also some differences. Sometimes I worry about doing the same cake twice, so I like to add a few changes to make it different. I added some more details this time and I think that turned out cute. Monday, October 29, 2012. I have a client who has five boys, and I feel like I am constantly making a cake for one of them. It's been good, because she definitely challenges me to do different cakes. I myself have never been to a monster truck rally, or demolition derby, or anything like that. So when she said her son wanted the Grave Digger. I had no idea what she was talking about. Wednesday, July 31, 2013. Zebra Cupcakes with hot pink flowers. These little babies were made to go with a matching cake, which I will try to post next. It was for a client's birthday. I was so proud of her for ordering a cake for herself. Us moms always get the shaft, because no one ever thinks to order or make a cake for us right? Tuesday, December 3, 2013. I loved how this cake turned out. This cake was to go with the cupcakes for a client's birthday. She was pretty open to letting me do whatever I wanted. But she wanted red velvet cake with white chocolate cream cheese frosting. Cream cheese frosting is better not to be covered in fondant, so we decided to make it roughly frosted to add texture. Chocolate mouse pie is one of my husbands favs. and I was feeling a bit sick of cake this particular day, so this is what I made. Saturday, November 17, 2012. I just had to post a few of these from the first snow. I can't remember the date, but it was a week or two before Halloween and we woke up to a little surprise. The girls were so excited they had to go right out and play. They didn't last long, but that's ok. Reese was so funny, because I don't think she quite got why we were dressed like that. She could tell it was funny, but she didn't know why. She was cute. And a party is not complete without a makeshift, "photo booth".

Friday, August 31, 2012. Well it's official, the only thing missing is a mini van. I know Reese would love to do dance, but I couldn't help but think about how much cheaper soccer is. And it doesn't go as long. Plus I think it will be really good for her. For weeks, she was so worried about what color her jersey would be. (She wanted it to be pink so bad.)
