Welcome to Britney's Thoughts. Tuesday, August 19, 2014. My sweet Ruby Joy has hit a couple of major mile stones in her little life over this past month. I am ever so proud of her! She is so intelligent, sweet, and catches on to teaching very quickly. Like I mentioned in my last post, she now sleeps only in her "princess" bed, sharing her room with her baby sister. This past month has been filled with packing, packing, and more packing! How did we accumulate so much stuff? We'll be moving into a cute cape cod style home the end of this month. Cabin in the Woods. Life and Inspiration From the Blue Ridge Mountains. Thursday, August 26, 2010. Last Thursday my good friend, Jennifer, and I spent the day in Hiawassee Georgia. Hiawassee is a beautiful mountain town with some of the most wonderful thrift, antique and home shops! After several hours of bargain hunting we were famished and stopped for a late lunch at a cute little yellow clapboard restaurant. We both ordered the most delicious sandwiches - we seriously considered licking our plates!

I was finally going to paint the two twin headboards, that have been stored in our garage for the past 2 years, and them use in our blue guest room. The beds just look unfinished without headboards. Welcome to Britney's Thoughts. Tuesday, April 30, 2013. Well, this is a long and over-due post. As ya'll know from Facebook, we are pregnant with baby #2! WOW I was telling Brian yesterday that every morning when I wake up I remember that I'm pregnant, and it's like a surprise everyday. It is so surreal to me. Boy, are we SO excited!
