House progress- 2.5 months in. Wednesday, October 22, 2014. The before (during carpet removal). Progress: new floors, new paint, no more bathroom cabinet in the master bedroom. Proud owners of the world's second-most hidious light fixture. You'll be happy to know that they still sell these at Lowe's. You can have one too! As it currently is. Planning on some large white curtains for the window. Still debating on closet "door" options and what to do with the weird nook. Lots more to do in here. Over here ...

Why I'm Choosing Series. Saturday, August 17, 2013. Welcome to my new site! Oh my word, you don't want to know what I went through yesterday.). My brain hurts. And maybe my emotions a little bit too. There will be some more minor tweaks and things, now that the site is live. It's been a learning curve to go from a Blogger platform to a Wordpress platform, but I think I'm getting the hang of it. Excuse me as I'm still learning and cleaning up the dust from moving (broken links, etc.). :). Ok, I'm out!
