Monday, April 2, 2012. Pasta with Tomato Sauce and Breaded Turkey Balls. Bread crumbs/corn flake crumbs. Make pasta (always salt pasta water). In a bowl put ground turkey, salt, pepper, one egg and 2 tablespoons of Matza Meal. Mix. Then form them into balls. In a frying pan drizzle a little olive oil, brown the turkey balls. While its cooling off. Make the sauce. Egg the turkey balls and coat with bread crumbs put it in a pan and bake for 15-20 minutes. Posted by No Countdown.
