We were supposed to go to Columbus, Ohio the first weekend of May, but Matt ended up having to fly to Seattle for work and didn't get home until later than originally planned, so we ended up postponing the trip until this past weekend. Tuesday, June 30, 2015. Bean lost her first tooth! We first noticed it was loose about a month ago, which we didn't even notice until we saw a new tooth growing in behind. Her teeth. Turns out that sometimes permanent teeth can start coming in before. The baby tooth is lost. After calling the pediatric dentist and being assured that she didn't need immediate dental surgery (quite the opposite - now scheduled to go to the dentist for a regular checkup in a couple weeks), we let it be. I feel like E gets a little neglected with our family's picture taking since when we're out and about as a family, so often I'm wearing him in my Moby, and you can't see his face. I didn't really get many (or any? Good pictures of him while in Destin, so I dusted off my "good" camera this morning to try to take a few pics of my little man during play time on the floor. Monday, April 20, 2015. This past week we've had an unusual amount of rain, so we haven't been able to spend as much time outdoors as we normally do. But that didn't stop us from being busy. We may be over 800 miles away, but that didn't stop us from celebrating Opening Day! Friday night we played cards on our back porch. War and Go Fish are the girls' favorites at the moment.
