Posted by Jamie at 9:06 PM. 1 pkg (8 oz) sliced mushrooms. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained. 1 (15 oz) ricotta cheese. 1 c shredded mozzarella cheese, divided. 1/3 c Parmesan cheese, divided. 1 pkg (8 oz) manicotti shells (14 shells), cooked, drained. 2 c spaghetti sauce. 2 Place in 9x13 inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Posted by Jamie at 8:41 PM. 1/4 c finely chopped bacon. 1 small onion, finely chopped. 2 cans (6.5oz each) minced or whole clams, undrained. 2 medium potatoes, diced (2 cups). 1/3 c chopped celery. 2 t chopped fresh parsley. 1/4 t dried thyme leaves. 1 can whole tomatoes, undrained. 1 In a large pot, cook bacon and onion over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until bacon is crisp and onion is tender; drain off fat. Posted by Janice at 8:41 AM. 1 lb ground beef. 1 c chopped onion. 1/2 c chopped green or red pepper. 28 oz diced tomatoes, juice included (I used one with basil, garlic an oregano in it). 30 oz can dark red kidney beans. 15 oz can chili (any kind). 1 T chili powder. 2 cloves garlic, minced or 1 tsp garlic salt. 1/2 tsp. pepper (fresh ground preferred). Posted by Jamie at 3:32 PM. 4 c chopped, potatoes. 2 1/4 c. water. 2 1/2 c. milk. 1/2 t onion powder. 2 c grated cheddar cheese. 1 can whole kernel corn, drained. 1 cup bacon bits or crumbled bacon strips. 1 Cook potatoes until tender. Do not drain. 2 In a separate saucepan, combine the butter, flour, milk, pepper, salt, and onion powder. Stir often until thickened. 3 Add sauce to potatoes. Add cheese, corn, and bacon.
