Today, I happened to catch the Dr. Oz show where they were discussing obes0gens. Something that could be wreaking havoc on all that healthy eating and working out you’re doing to get your body in tip top shape. Foreign to the body that are hypothesized to disrupt normal development. Ultimately resulting in obesity.

It's a Journey, not a Race. I’m trying to stick to about a 1200 calories a day regime. Making sure I balance out my carbs, fats and proteins. One of my favorite ways to start my day is a smoothie. Here’s my recipe. 290 calories orange pineapple banana smoothie. 10 calories – 8 oz. Diet V8 Splash Tropical Blend (contains antioxidants and Vitamin A, C and E). 90 calories – 1 sm banana. 50 calories – 1/2 cup Frozen Dole Pineapple chunks. 140 calories – 1 scoop of Garden of Life’s Raw Meal. Only 4g Net Carbs.
