Christmas Up in Hurr. What better way to spend the Sunday after Thanksgiving than decorating the tree? Sarah and I put on some Christmas carols and emptied boxes and scattered Christmas throughout the house. Flex-day Fridays are the best, especially when they allow me to take a quick weekend trip to NYC with my twincousin Emily! After recruiting my parents to help me get rid of this pile of mulch,. I threw on a Halloween wig and headed down to Union Market to watch Ghostbusters. Wars and Rumors of War. This week has been full of rumors of war. Syrian chemical weapons, American missiles, and Jordan is right in the middle. Convinced that we might find ourselves evacuating within days, we decided to (finally) make the mint-truffle brownie mix that I've been saving for a special occasion and spend the night playing games. This is why I pay people to do my nails:. Welcome to Amman, Katie! Katie arrived in Amman Tuesday night, with her fellow students. She requested only that we make her chocolate chip cookies.
