Saturday, August 30, 2014. First Day of School! Caroline started 2nd Grade on August 7th! She started with a sweet treat from her Nana and Yaya! She was pretty excited! Her clothes are getting cooler and less "baby-ish". I am trying to find a happy medium with growing up and keeping her little. This might be the toughest part of parenting so far! Our last picture together in front of Rhea school! Next year it is off the PES. Chip was a little sentimental too! Lynda Searcy is Caroline's teacher this year!

Saturday, March 21, 2015. So many good times were had there until we broke our arm! The readers digest version is this:. CEK and Audrey went skating with Amelia and we were going to pick them up and leave for Tunica for the swim championship. I got a text from Sharon stating CEK had fallen and hurt her arm - but was continuing to skate - she assumed it was not too bad! We headed straight to the rink. When we walked in our kid fell apart - bless her! So here we are waiting at the ER! All with one X-ray!

Friday, December 12, 2014. Last weekend we met our favorite nephew in Nashville. (His parents came too). We hit up the Opryland hotel for some winter activities! We don't get too much snow in TN so they create the fun for us! We went ice skating! CEK actually ice skated. I just tried to keep my rear off the ice. Aunt Jess is more experienced in ice skating! She taught CEK how to skate backwards. Again I was trying to take pictures and stand up. Nolan was not as good on skates as CEK. My 2 favorite fans!

With Mom, Aunt Pat, and Adelyn (who was more interested in playing with Sophie than taking pictures! With Goodie and Adelyn. So thankful for these incredible ladies! Tables set up for the guests. Mint Julep cups and delicious personalized chocolates were given as favors. With sweet friends who attended the shower.
