It's been over 3 full months since we sent in most of his applications, and we're FINALLY starting to get some definite answers from schools. The schools that he has been accepted to so far are:. Michigan State (East Lansing, Michigan). Lewis and Clark College (Portland, Oregon). University of Kentucky (Lexington, Kentucky). There are 5 more schools we're waiting to hear back from. Friday, March 25, 2011. Although Rebecca Black may have beat me to the punch, I love and always have loved Fridays. There's something wonderful about the day. I think it's the fact that I can be completely lazy, relax, play, or whatever and not feel guilty. I think it's also the combination of actually doing something "productive" in the mornings (school and work) and then enjoying the rest of the day that gives it that little something extra, er.yeah. Then we watched one of our favorite movies, Wall-E.

Tuesday, January 31, 2012. Jewish to odor sunteen? Title reference: http:/ art-bin.com/art/aroomservice.html. These polar bears were at Sea World when we visited over Christmas. Quite the life, don't you think? Minus the kids who bang on the glass. Let's see, now for some embarrassing moments. Is that why my rear end is going numb? Thanks, Mr. Postman. After a hot shower, sweat pants, and oatmeal, I warmed back up. I swear my hair is still dark brown, despite these moments suggesting otherwise.

Thursday, November 18, 2010. I've been counting down the days to Thanksgiving since probably August. Well, not necessarily counting the days, that would be just a little excessive. But it has been something that I have been looking forward to for what seems like forever. A BIG bed. and sleeping in. Food, I mean it's Thanksgiving, and I haven't had my mom's sweet potatoes in quite some time. Plus I get to give him the grand tour of my hometown, of which I am very connected to and proud of. Tuesday, April 10, 2012. Tomorrow is my last day of college classes. I'll admit that this semester went by a lot faster than I expected it to, and tomorrow just sort of crept up on me and all of a sudden it's here! Woah, easy now. I'd say that I am definitely more educated now than I was when I started my University education, and isn't that what all that tuition is for anyway? Making you feel educated? Perhaps I'll be a bit more thoughtful and sentimental upon graduation. Cheers to finals and packing!

Friday, February 18, 2011. Stu gave me a little scare a couple of nights ago when the screen went black. This had happened multiple times before, but I was always able to recover the screen. Not this time. Bummer, dude. Lessons learned from this experience:. 1 - Keep your files backed up on an external hard drive. That is how I have been able to minimize my stress. 2 - A trip to Gateway Mall requires a stop at Anthropologie. I bought a navy skirt and awesome shirt on sale. Friday, February 11, 2011.

Thursday, December 9, 2010. My brother has been dating his girlfriend Jess for close to three years now, and in October, they got engaged! I'm so excited and happy for them. Over Thanksgiving I was able to go take some pictures for them up near the Rose Gardens in Portland. Very fun, despite the rain, and mud.looking forward to seeing them again at Christmas!
