The Weight is Over. Wednesday, January 26, 2011. I decided to stop exercising because I started gaining and when I did I lost 1.6 then next day, I guess I need to try something different. I am going to wait about a week then start exercising slowly by starting with 5 min a day. I hope it works. Overall it seems to be getting easier. I don't think about food much and am rarely hungry. The Weight is Over. Wednesday, January 13, 2010. This was probably one of the worst and hardest days yet. I weighed in this morning to a 1.5 lb gain. Today was a really busy day. This morning I got a lot of time in for my workout which was a great way to start my day off, I also lost .7 lbs.
