The Weight is Over. Wednesday, January 26, 2011. I decided to stop exercising because I started gaining and when I did I lost 1.6 then next day, I guess I need to try something different. I am going to wait about a week then start exercising slowly by starting with 5 min a day. I hope it works. Overall it seems to be getting easier. I don't think about food much and am rarely hungry.
