Dancing Thoughts from Cranefarm. Tuesday, March 30, 2010. Thing #34-Is this our Competition-Online Answer Sites. As I read the assignment from Nebraska Learns 2.0 and began exploring the wide variety of online answer sites, I began to ponder.Do people ask questions on these sites to find out the answers or do they ask the questions simply for the interaction with other computer users? Are people spending so much time online that they search for yet another thing to do to fill their time? Para-Librarians ...

Dancing Thoughts from Cranefarm. Thursday, May 28, 2015. Nebraska Learns 2.0: Endings and Beginnings. I decided that I had to complete the final "thing" since I had been been in since the beginning of the "23 Things." I looked back through my blog and my first post was on October 13, 2008. In fact, that wasn't really the beginning; I had worked on the "23 things" from another organization after that program was referenced online or at a conference; I can't remember which it was now. On to the questions:.

Dancing Thoughts from Cranefarm. Friday, March 27, 2015. QR Codes: Trying before Understanding Thing #89. First of all, I want to thank the organizers of Nebraska Learns 2.0 for picking QR codes as a topic. I could have used this a year ago! Let me share my story:. For current practice, I tried QR code generator on our library foundation's blogpost on our upcoming book sale. This time I copied the link to embed it. Dancing Thoughts from Cranefarm. Tuesday, July 21, 2009. Worldcat.org: Thing #26. I really like being to search a title and also find book reviews. My daughter-in-law and I had been talking about how some books had evolved from blogs. She told me about one such author, Jen Lancaster.
