I still maintain that the sunsets cannot compare to Nevada, but there really is something special about the sun coming up over the Tetons. One morning I opened the blinds so we could watch for the school bus, and the sunrise was so beautiful that I made the kids come look.. I zoomed in on the Tetons. October 31, 2011 at 8:17 PM.

I'll think about that later. In the meantime, I'm grading 9,000 finals (okay, only 70) and I want to share some of the best one-liners that I'm finding. Friday, August 19, 2011. Part Three - 4th of July and Nat Soo Pah. After surviving all the chaos of June, it was time for some family fun. The first part of July found us doing some of our annual summer traditions which means I didn't take a lot of photos. I guess doing something every year makes me not want to record it every year. That's not a great philosophy, but it's one I seem to follow. We were joined at Nat Soo Pah by our friends Denny and Mary and their family as well as our friends Trulee.

Thursday, November 24, 2011. So, today is Thanksgiving and I'm a bit behind, but what better time to catch up when you are sitting around waiting to stuff yourselves full of too much food? Back in September, Robert was up to his eyeballs in trying to get projects done before winter and snow made things difficult. One of his projects was to pour a large patio on the back/front of our house. (If you don't remember, the back of our house faces the road.Yes, we are backwards! And they went to work.
