Which if it wasn’t pointed out to me a million times, I would not necessarily believe it, because as I said to a friend once “If I am a perfectionist- how come nothing I ever do is perfect? 8220;Hey you, with all that time you waste every day- here is why you get so overwhelmed with it”. So how am I already fixing it? Checking egos at the door.

When you need to take an EXTRA day- you might as well tell me the world has ended and there will be no more lifting of barbells, ever. This discipline and strength are useful, as most athletes and crossfitters know. We take the mental fortitude we derive from our workouts and apply it to the rest of life.
