Brown Family Tidbits: November 2009
http://brownfamilytidbits.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
Saturday, November 14, 2009. One of my favorite holidays. The wind is blowing, the leaves are falling, the temperature drops and the the feeling is fun. It's not a creepy or scary feeling, it's just.fun! While he is saying this he pulls another gourd out of his BSU sweatshirt pocket. I kinda smirked and was getting ready to tell him "sure" when I look down and he is continuing to pull out more gourds from his pockets. They just kept coming out! What in the world? These are the days...: March 2010
http://thesearethedays-varvel.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
These are the days. Saturday, March 20, 2010. Nathan had another great soccer season with slightly less singing and wrestling his teammates during the game this year. He did come up missing in one game but we found him at the near by playground. Brooklyn is playing the flute this year and we were able to see her perform and the school musical concert. She did a great job! Clayton turned 12 this year. He got the Priesthood and is passing the sacrament and we are so proud of the young man he has become...

These are the days...: September 2012
http://thesearethedays-varvel.blogspot.com/2012_09_01_archive.html
These are the days. Thursday, September 27, 2012. A few minutes to reflect. Maybe it is because I haven't felt good now for 3 weeks.Maybe it is because I have a slow day and I'm not hurrying off to workout or run errands.but today as my 3 younger kids crossed the road to go to school I stopped and watched and thought about how much I love them and lucky I am to be their mother. I love how Brooklyn holds Chloe's hand to cross the busy street. I love how Nathan is always running everywhere he goes. Chloe: ...

Brown Family Tidbits: Snow Day
http://brownfamilytidbits.blogspot.com/2010/12/snow-day.html
Wednesday, December 1, 2010. The Treasure Valley is having a snow day today. The meteorologist says this snow day is in the top ten for record snow fall in the area. We woke up this morning with school cancelled and I couldn't even get out of the driveway to go to work. With that said the kids have been playing outside all day building snowmen and playing their hearts out! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Life isn't about waiting for the storms to pass. Brown Family Tidbits: Shiver Brrr!
http://brownfamilytidbits.blogspot.com/2009/12/shiver-brrr.html
Sunday, December 6, 2009. I can't resist but to write a little blog on Sami. As we all know we do need translations for toddlers speech because not all words come out like they should. When an adult is around any toddler other than their own they usually have to look at the parent for some help in recognizing what the little mite is trying to tell you. Every night I give Sami a bath before bed. When she gets in, no matter what the temperature of the water, she shouts, "HOT! January 20, 2010 at 5:49 PM.

Brown Family Tidbits: October 2008
http://brownfamilytidbits.blogspot.com/2008_10_01_archive.html
Wednesday, October 22, 2008. I've Been Tagged too! Well usually I do this by e-mail but I have to admit it is kinda fun to do on my blog sight. I have to answer two different tags in one blog so here I go! The first is to open "My Pictures" and post the picture that is the 4th picture in the 4th file. Of course, not even this can be straight forward for me. My 4th file just so happens to have only two pictures in it. With that, I am going to post both. 3 Don't touch my toes! 6 Last but not least, since I...

Brown Family Tidbits: January 2009

Saturday, January 17, 2009. A New Year of Hope. I can honestly say that the past few months have pretty much been a blur. My emotions can be summed up in one photo:. I knew when Richard became a truck driver that it was going to be difficult without him. I knew when I started my new job that it would be challenging. I knew I would have a hard time sending my kids to daycare, but I never knew that all the things combined were actually going to be the biggest struggle of my life. Richard has missed out on ...
