Monday, June 21, 2010. It's official, I am outnumbered. It took Dad only a few minutes to convince Samuel, Nicholas, and Sean that having a pet tarantula would be fun. They worked hard all week to get the enormous "Honey Do" list done, and then begged. Wednesday, July 1, 2009. Weekend Trips Can Seem Like Mini-Vacations. With the economy this year, we may not be going to Disney World. We are blessed with jobs (in fact, I just started my summer extra job as an adjunct lecturer and am very busy), but many of our friends and family are not, so we may need to help. Also, Chris is working two jobs and it is hard to get time away. But we recently snuck away to Ohio (wow, big time huh? Went on some wild waterslides! I have updated my blog. Take a peek.

After worrying about Kai being gone for a month, worrying about his tests, worrying about Nicholas starting Kindergarton, and wondering what will be happening to our future over the next few months, at times I have felt very alone. He has taken a particular interest in this science section because he wants to be a bone doctor when he grows up. Sunday, June 13, 2010. Today Sean was given a name and a blessing by his father. Priesthood holders within the circle included Justin Twitchell, Jay Majeske, Paul Hornung, Derek Freestone, and Bishop Folsom. Kai blessed that Sean would be sensitive to the spirit. He blessed him with health and strength enough to accomplish his purpose on Earth. Sean was also blessed to find a wife and that together they would raise an eternal family. He is so sweet! Tuesday, April 29, 2008. Monday, April 21, 2008. Test #3 - 96%. Cumulative Average - 97%. Well after many technical difficulties and a few tears I finally turned in my Genitourinary Test. My instructor says I am doing great and she is impressed with my work but I just know I can do better. I've been missing some things in the dictations that I'm just not hearing. I'm hoping that, thanks to some very generous donations, my new equipment will help to resolve that problem and raise my average.
