After months of planning, never-ending vendor meetings, sore hands from making dozens of invitations, and many restless nights, our special day has come and gone. We can honestly say that our wedding day turned out to be better than we could have possibly imagined! We want to thank everyone who came to share our special day with us and our family. Wednesday, March 19, 2014. I took like twenty photos trying to get them all smiling. This is the best I've got. It's not easy with three :). Life is different these days. Jay is gone all the time. As in, he's home every other Saturday and every Sunday. That's about it. So I feel like a single mom a lot. I wasn't really prepared for that when he took this new job. It's tough. In an effort to follow through on my goal to record my single serving recipes and share it with my sisters, I have created this blog. I enjoy cooking but I hate leftovers. I am also budgeting my money so I am trying to eat at home more. My goal is to cook at home and eat well. Here is for eating awesome and not having to eat the same thing all week.
