Our aim is to bring you the best of British produce in our traditional style pub. Here at King Eddie's we make the most of British produce by serving simple, rustic, fresh food with as much as possible made on the premises. We make our own pies, sauces, soups and bake our own bread every day. We have one menu that you can eat anywhere in the pub. It consists of smaller dishes that can be had on their own or as a starter and larger ones for those in need of something to fill them up.

Here are some examples of the beers we have listed. All our beers change on a regular basis so not everything below will always be available. Innis and Gunn Edinburgh ale - 6.6%. Scottish beer matured in bourbon and sherry casks. Titanic stout (BC) - 4.5%. Champion beer 2004, deep ruby beer, bitter roasted grain, smoked coffee, nuts. Fuller's 1845 (BC) - 6.3%. Classic strong dark amber beer, full bodied malt and fruit. Melbourn Bros. Cherry beer - 3.4%. O'Hanlon's champion wheat beer (BC) - 4%.

King Eddie's is a 19th century grade II listed pub set in the heart of Stratford in East London. With its low ceilings and open fires the pub has a country feel, and is a world away from the bustle of the town centre. It started out life as the King of Prussia but changed its name around 1914 for patriotic reasons. For many years King Eddie led the popular Jacksonville Reggae band Pili Pili. Which was named after the Swahili word for hot sauce. Pili Pili was a fixture at the Panama Bay Club and on the local concert circuit performing on the same bill with the Crusaders, Miles Davis, Spyra Gyra, Branford Marsalis and Third World, to name a few.
