In 1963 This Classic vintage Holiday Inn was built just in time to support the opening of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. This opened a gateway of visitors to come to the Eastern Shore of Virginia. In 2004 the hotel reopened and was renamed The Kiptopeke Inn where it was sold in 2013 to the current owner.
