From the America's Test Kitchen's Healthy Family Cookbook. 1 lb tomatoes, (2-3), cored, seeded, and cut into 1/2 inch pieces. 6 scallions, white and green parts separated and sliced thin. 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro. 3 garlic cloves, minced. 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice. 1 tsp minced canned chipotle chile in adobo sauce (more or less to adjust spiciness).

Thursday, March 24, 2011. 2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting the pan. 1 ¼ cups walnuts, chopped coarse. 190; cup sugar. 190; tsp baking soda. 189; tsp salt. 3 very ripe, soft, darkly speckled large bananas, mashed well (about 1 ½ cups). 188; cup plain yogurt. 2 large eggs, beaten lightly. 6 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted and cooled. 1 tsp vanilla extract. Monday, October 6, 2014. MENOMINEE. HOME OF THE HALSEY'S. I was able to spend a few days in Menominee Michigan with Libbi ,Ryan and the boys. They have a wonderful front yard. It is a park that is attached to the Green Bay coast. August there is beautiful. Warm enough to play in the water but cool enough to enjoy playing outdoors. Tommy and George are brothers! Wrestling, tumbling, curious, busy and great fun. This face is so squeezable. Tommy loves his hats! George can not get enough of the water.
