الثلاثاء، 19 مايو، 2015. طريقة عمل احلي مقرمشات بالجبنة والزيتون. 2كوب ونصف دقيق ابيض درجة اولي. 250 مل ماء مثلج. 75 جرام جبنة رومي. 50 جرام زيتون مفروم. 125 جرام زبدة او سمنة. 50 جرام جبنة رومي او شيدر مبشورة. نضع الدقيق في المكثر او الماكينة مع الزيتون المفروم. مع الجبنة مع الخميرة والسكر والملح والسمن او الزبدة. حتي يختلط الحليط كله بالذبدة او السمن حتي يتغلف كله. بالمادة الدهنية ثم نضع 250 مل من الماء المثلج ويتم خلط. المكونات كلها مع بعض حتي يتكون عجينة متامسكة باليد. حرارة 200 درجة لمدة 25 دقيقة.
