These little muffins have all the flavor of pancakes. But none of the work. I love pancakes. Came from the adorable Bakerella. Speaking of maple syrup, I only use pure maple syrup. It is expensive, but the flavor and quality is far superior to the imitation syrups. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1 cup powdered sugar.
