What would most people do with a flat of tomatoes in the dead of summer? They'd probably make BLTs for breakfast, lunch, and dinner until the tomatoes are gone. Me? Definitely not. I cannot stand the smell, the texture, and especially the taste of a raw tomato. So when given two dozen tomatoes when it's hot as blue blazes outside, what do I do? You never needed to leave....
