The Kitchen Brewery: Clearing your Wine
http://kitchenbrewery.blogspot.com/2015/09/clearing-your-wine.html
I home brew beer in my kitchen 5 gallons at a time. Once in a while I ferment some cider or wine. Whatever happens I post it here: the story of my brew, the recipe, and the pictures. Tuesday, September 1, 2015. I started out in this brewing endeavor by making beer. I just took a chance and tried some wines and now I've bee hooked. I home brew beer in my kitchen 5 gallons at a time. Once in a while I ferment some cider or wine. Whatever happens I post it here: the story of my brew, the recipe, and the pictures. Friday, March 28, 2014. Then there is the pumpkin wine which I tried in a 1 gallon batch. You can see it here:. And it does look nice. I think the wine could use some more aging so creating some of these and saving them for this Autumn will be nice. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.
The Kitchen Brewery: Beet Wine
http://kitchenbrewery.blogspot.com/2015/08/beet-wine.html
I home brew beer in my kitchen 5 gallons at a time. Once in a while I ferment some cider or wine. Whatever happens I post it here: the story of my brew, the recipe, and the pictures. Tuesday, August 18, 2015. This year I used the "purple book" as winemakers call it, and I am currently brewing some beet wine in the kitchen. I was considering the idea of combining it with a potato wine recipe to make it more of a root-vegetable wine, but I decided to start with just beets this year. View my complete profile.

Wednesday, July 16, 2014. However I do have plans for a wheat beer that will be racked onto 5 lbs of strawberries in the secondary. I'm thinking of a somewhat sour belgian farmhouse wheat. I'll make sure to post that one when I get it started. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.
