This weekend is Rosh Hashana and I had a bunch of bourbon peach preserves left from a cheesecake I made last week. So I combined two challah recipes from smitten kitchen and made this! Originally uploaded by queenofthemoodswingset2. I combined these two recipes and used some leftover bourbon peach preserves for the filling. Makes 1 round woven challah. 2 1/4 teaspoons (1 standard 1/4-ounce packet) active dry yeast.
