Pumpkin Snickerdoodles- recipe adapted from. 2 tsp cream of tartar. 1 tsp baking soda. 189; tsp salt. 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (i just mixed together a 1:1 ratio of cinnamon and nutmeg). 1 cup butter (2 sticks), softened. 190; cup pumpkin puree (can either be fresh or canned pumpkin). 188; cup sugar. Combine dry ingredients (flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice) in a bowl and set aside. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. 188; tsp salt.
