Wednesday, September 8, 2010. 1 Pack Firm Tofu. 1 green chilli (optional). 1 green bell pepper. 1 tsp chilli powder. 3 tbspn corn flour. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder. 1 garlic clove chopped finely. Cut Tofu into cubes and mix with corn flour ,1/2 tspn chilli and a little salt. Now, deep fry this tofu until the surface becomes golden brown and crisp yet soft inside. You should taste to know! 2 cups all purpose flour. 2/3 cups white sugar. 2 cups milk ( I used 2 %). 1/2 cup butter at room temparature. 2 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon. 1/2 tsp ground cardamom. 1 cup fresh blueberry. Stir the butter and sugar and keep aside. In a bowl, add the baking powder,salt, cinnamon and cardamom to the flour. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Let stand for 5 minutes and dig in!
