Sunday, October 26, 2008. 1 lb lean ground beef. 1 or 2 cloves of garlic, mashed. 1/4 to 1/2 lb sliced fresh mushrooms. 1 lb fresh spinach leaves, washed and dried. 2 eggs, lightly beaten. 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano. All this visual, musical and other art just in your face! I was left speechless; I truly cannot explain it. But that's okay because, apparently, many of you went, so I don't have to explain it :). No I take that back. Many readers who aren't even in. The Baltimore area, and some who are, just could not get there. And there is so much. Parking was a bitch.
