Knit the Stash: December 2008
http://knitthestash.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
Tuesday, December 30, 2008. Loafers for Winter Loafing. I made these Malabrigo Loafers. Link) up the weekend before Christmas to gift to my Aunt Susie, who is currently buried in record setting levels of snow in Couer d'Alene, Idaho. When you get 30 inches of snow in one. Day, you need a good pair of loafers, 'cause you aren't going anywhere. I had seen a number of these on Ravelry and purchased the pattern from Coco Knits. I knit both soles on straights first. Before you know it, you have a slipper....

A Tisket, A Tasket, an Overflowing Yarn Basket: June 2007
http://atiskettasket.blogspot.com/2007_06_01_archive.html
Thursday, June 28, 2007. Okay, I've gotten the cable pattern for Grecian Plaits worked out. Now I never want to put it down. Have I mentioned how great this yarn is? Oh, yes, I have. Once again, everyone needs to get their hands on this Royal Bamboo (Plymouth). I really like the way it holds a cable pattern, too. See? On Wednesdays at A Tangled Skein. There is "Sit 'n' Knit" from 7-9. I LOVE working at that time! I can't use a nicer yarn for mom's scarf because then dad will be jealous. Ahhh! The cable/l...

A Tisket, A Tasket, an Overflowing Yarn Basket: March 2007
http://atiskettasket.blogspot.com/2007_03_01_archive.html
Saturday, March 24, 2007. Hip hip hooray for Halter. Thursday, March 22, 2007. Finishing Projects and that Constant.Nagging.Temptation. I have yet to meet a knitter who has less than 5 projects going at the same time, except for maybe extreme beginners. I suppose there are those out there who can pick up and project and go from start to finish without working on something else but HOW? Expensive Yarn and other musings. I used to be a Michael's or JoAnn's kind of gal. $5 for one skein? The short 'n sweet ...

A Tisket, A Tasket, an Overflowing Yarn Basket: April 2007
http://atiskettasket.blogspot.com/2007_04_01_archive.html
Thursday, April 26, 2007. What was I so worried about? The Novella socks are a joy to work up. As of now, I'm almost done with the third repeat of the cable pattern. I think I'll only do seven repeats instead of eight since I'm so small. Here's a couple of pics. The color of the yarn is not accurate. Sadly, the color of the legs is. I need sun. Wednesday, April 25, 2007. What was I thinking when I decided to start the Martine top? Sunday, April 22, 2007. So once I'm done with this I'll be ready to go bac...

A Tisket, A Tasket, an Overflowing Yarn Basket: July 2007
http://atiskettasket.blogspot.com/2007_07_01_archive.html
Monday, July 30, 2007. So I have only 20 rows left. Of course with the increases the rows are getting longer and longer but it's just stockinette so I can do it. It needs to be blocked too so I need to factor in that time. I also want to change my blog name. (Just like Knerdy. Because I'm tired of it and it's long! I can't think of anything though. Ideas? Friday, July 27, 2007. Um excuse me, has anyone noticed how awesome Norah Gaughan is? We got a new pattern booklet put out by Berroco. I'm nearing the ...

http://atiskettasket.blogspot.com/2007/10/chunkalicious.html
Saturday, October 13, 2007. I bought the yarn and cast on for my Twinkle Groovy Sweater Dress! I'm finished with the first sleeve and it only took me about 30 minutes. I'm very excited although it's going to be a very warm sweater and it doesn't get that cold around here. I'll keep y'all updated, hopefully with some pictures once we get a new camera! Oh and I decided to rip out my Memories of Ukraine Sweater.I had made a mistake somewhere and couldn't figure out where so I'll just start over soon.

http://atiskettasket.blogspot.com/2007/11/fo-aamu.html
Friday, November 9, 2007. For the few people who actually read this blog, I want to say that I've become obsessed with Ravelry and therefore do not blog very often anymore. Maybe that will change when I get a new camera since these webcam photos are just not cutting it. Anyhoo, I just finished up my Aamu sweater. This one's from the irresistible Norah Gaugan vol. 1. Pattern: Aamu by Norah Gaughan. Yarn: Araucania Magallanes (100% Wool), color 316, 2.5 skeins. Needles: Addi Turbo 24" #6, #8. The Hook and I.

Knit the Stash: In Between
http://knitthestash.blogspot.com/2010/02/in-between.html
Monday, February 22, 2010. Now that I've begun blogging for Patons. You'll find me over there as "YoElizBo") I have found my knitting divided: my projects and their projects. Since I have to share what I do for them over there, I thought I would fill in with a little bit about what I've been doing on the side. Socks . . . I took a mini-class at Madrona Fiber Arts with Charlene Schurch (YES! 2) Use heel stitch all the way down the back and under your heel. Duh! I also took the current pair I am knitting a...

Knit the Stash: November 2008
http://knitthestash.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html
Sunday, November 23, 2008. But is it Enough? That's always the dilemma I face as I prepare to go away. How do I know if I have enough knitting with me, because horrors of all horrors, what if I run out? Now me running out of knitting is about as likely to happen as it is the kids will remain in good spirits the entire car ride and not ask once "are we there yet? There is always room for my knitting,. I've also got the Clapotis. For my mom, more mittens for Matthew (who is gradually learning to wear them)...
