Knitting On Call: August 2009
http://knittingoncall.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Intermittent updates on an over-flowing life. Friday, August 21, 2009. We've been in the new house 2 weeks. We're still nowhere near settled. Despite 5 or 6 trips to the Idaho Youth Ranch thrift store and 4 dumpster loads of garbage, I still find myself with way too much stuff. There's still numerous boxes to unpack and go through. I really thought I'd pared down. Now I know how much further we have to go. Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

Intermittent updates on an over-flowing life. Wednesday, December 31, 2008. Remember when New Year's Eve was a REALLY big deal? Back then, I thought about New Year's Eve for weeks.what would I do, where would I go, would I kiss someone at midnight? So, here goes:. 1 Lose weight (yup, make this one every year.but this year will be different.). 3 Grow more of our own food. 4 Simplify our lives and our stuff. 5 Read more.I joined a group on ravelry with the goal of 52 books in 52 weeks. Intermittent updates on an over-flowing life. Thursday, January 07, 2010. Updates on the New Years' Resolutions. I'm trying to hold myself accountable for "the list" I made last week. So, with that, an update on how I've been doing this past week. I just need to keep this up. One other thing I should have resolved.quit spending so much time online. I blew about 3 hours today just surfing. I need to spend less time looking and more time actually. And with that, I'm off to bed.nighty night all. 11 Finish C...

Intermittent updates on an over-flowing life. Wednesday, September 09, 2009. I promised myself I wouldn't cry. After breakfast we headed to the preschool. She practically ran up the sidewalk to the door without us. We did finally get her to stop and turn around briefly for the pic. Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Knitting On Call: February 2011
http://knittingoncall.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Intermittent updates on an over-flowing life. Wednesday, February 16, 2011. Prior to these two episodes, I'd taken one sick day in 5 years. Not counting pregnancy related issues, which I'm considering a whole different ball of wax. Though maybe less stress and more down time would have warded off preeclampsia as well. Last Saturday was my first day off in 3 weeks. I guess I'm having a bit of personal crisis here. Is this really how I want my life to be? Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Knitting Physicians: Webring is born!
http://knittingphysicians.blogspot.com/2006/08/webring-is-born.html
Saturday, August 19, 2006. So, after several weeks of intending to sit down and get the ring set up, I decided that tonight was the night. DH is out playing poker, so I could devote myself to setting up the ring, no matter how long it took me. It took all of 5 minutes. The ring should be functional within the next day or so. Should get you to the page to apply for membership. Posted by LadyLungDoc @ 9:03 PM. Thanks for doing this! Now all we need is a button! Don't look at me, I'm no computer whiz.).

That being said, I thoroughly enjoy reading the blogs of others and so will honestly try to update more frequently. I’m sure my two readers will be pleased. : ). Knitting Off The Grid
Knitting Off The Grid. Living Off the Electrical Grid While Creating a Small Knitting Business. Thursday, August 29, 2013. As much fun as having a blog has been, it's time to really focus on my small business. Fall is just around the corner which will mean a lot of socks will have to be made. And I'd like to spend more time designing, too. There's just not enough hours in each day. I will continue with my Etsy and Ravelry stores, so you can always stop by to see what's new there. Knitting Okapi | There is knitting. And okapis. What more could you ask for?
There is knitting. And okapis. What more could you ask for? December 7, 2011. On the WIP pile a pair of Ysolda’s opera gloves. And fortunately it is nearly done, because this colour is hurting my eyes. Good thing they’re not for me to wear! The rectangle is a swatch I made for a pair of legwarmers for my aunt, using the pattern of Baroque socks. They should turn out quite nice. It’s a great thing, and it gets rid of all that left over yarn. If you haven’t heard of it yet, check it out! October 5, 2011.
