I've actually finished a lot of the projects I've had lying about and I believe I'll be able to finish the last couple over spring break. I have one more pair of slippers to finish, less than an hour's work. My tempest sweater to block and finish, and K's Epic sweater just needs leather patches (going to get them in fresno this weekend). I really want to get Tempest done before spring is over! Perfect weight and colors!

I feel like I want to write about knitting, and cooking, and crazy people. Knitting: Sock scraps blanket. Didn't mean to make it so ' patchwork' the self-striping yarn did it for me. I bought yarn at Stitches West. All sock yarn. Here is the highlight skien from Blue Moon. One of their 'rare gems'. Well, actually Drinking. Crazy People: People are crazy. 'Nuf said.

I think I'm a fairly accomplished knitter, but for some reason, I've never undertaken the challenge of knitting a sweater - mostly the issue was to commit to buying so much yarn at once.
