Tuesday, December 30, 2014. I had my first outdoor run yesterday since September 2! It felt good. It did feel like I just got off the treadmill when I was done. I wish I would have had warmer gloves because it took 3 kilometers before my fingers were warmed up. The rest of me was warm enough. It was a lot colder out then I thought. Thursday, February 5, 2015. The other day we had a snow storm here. I wasn't expecting the paths at the river to be cleared right away. By Wednesday lunch time, the path was kind of cleared. Friday, December 19, 2014. I took yesterday off. The main reason being, my oldest daughter plays on the high school hockey team and she had a game at 3PM, 45 minutes away. #1 I wanted to watch her and #2 I didn't want my parents picking her up and taking her. The other reason I took the whole day off, was to get some shiz done! I ended up making desserts from 8 AM until just before 11 AM. Saturday, November 1, 2014. First I am going to post the combos, with the video. Then I will write out the breakdown for each combo. It's going to be a lot to read. V rhythm, V slider(8) tango(5) diagonal stomp(3) rebound repeater(8) 2 side lunges(8). Stomp off pause and scoot, step on the step, exit off the front(8) step off the end(4) tap tap step behind chasse on the floor(8) 2 switches(6) quick stomp swivel(6). Step 3: repeater knee 3, basic 2X - repeater 3, 2 lunges - repeater 3, 2 side lunges.

Sunday, April 19, 2015. Last weekend we went to Toronto for the Ontario Provincial Championships for hockey. My two oldest were playing with their teams. For my older daughter, they were tough games, while my middle daughter, their team one all three games then lost in the quarter final game. Both teams played so good! Here are the exercises:. 2 curtsey lunge and hammer curl(12 per leg). 4 squat and row. 5 shop put squat. 6 snow angel abs. 8 plie squat with triceps extensions. 9 side V ups(12/side). 10 jump squat forward back and squat and pick up the dumbbell or kettle bell and put it down. 11 side plank and fly (6/side, can do 12/side if you like). 12 Down dog press and crunch (6/side). Lunge back and touch right leg 5X. Lunge back and touch left leg 5X. Lunge back and twist right leg 5X. Lunge back and twist left leg 5X. Side lunge and swing 10/side. Single arm row 10/side. Set #2 (10 min). Halo triceps extensions 10X. Hammer curl and regular curl 10X. Bent over reverse fly 10X. Set #3 (10 min). TRX low row 10.

Saturday, March 21, 2015. Well, so much for sleeping in today. My plan was to sleep in and just get up whenever. I was up at 7. I was asleep before 10:30 though, so at least I got some sleep. My plan for working out today is, go and video tape some step combos to post on YouTube. Then just do a workout at home. Last Friday night I did a workout at home too.
