Kolibrie - The First Mate's Journal. Tuesday, January 1, 2013. Tuesday, January 1, 2013. Ah, the start of a new year. Hello 2013! We slept on and off all night last night. Cars and golf carts, barking dogs and lights kept breaking up our sleep but it was all good. There are worse places to sleep and I actually felt fairly secure.
