The Good Life: The Fourth
http://larsandwhitney.blogspot.com/2009/07/fourth.html
There is nothing nobler or more admirable than when two people who see eye to eye keep house as man and wife, confounding their enemies and delighting their friends. - Homer. Monday, July 6, 2009. 4th of July is such a relaxing holiday with a free, sunny, party atmosphere. This year, our plan was to switch it up a little and join my aunt Jenn and her family for a camping trip in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. We even went on a bungee trampoline. Lars' acrobatics were pretty impressive. Sarah and Drew Calder.

Annabelle: Fight on
http://annaelizabethyoung.blogspot.com/2012/03/fight-on.html
Thursday, March 15, 2012. I recently read a talk given by Elder Jeffrey R. Holland, called "However Long and Hard the Road". What a powerful testimony of diligent hope and perserverence. This was my favorite excerpt from the talk. Read it. I promise it will guide you. As you wage such personal wars, obviously part of the strength to "hang in there" comes from some glimpse, however faint and fleeting, of what the victory can. Or more precisely if it is the fight for. Your life, your eternal.

Jay, Ashley, & Topher: April 2010
http://crazyconcertkids.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Jay, Ashley, and Topher. The exciting lives of the Dixon family! Sunday, April 18, 2010. Blogging takes time and energy. And lately I haven't had either of those. Sorry it's been so long. Life is good. Topher is learning new words everyday; so far he's really good with mama, dada, uh-oh, nanana (banana), and he's close to getting the word up. We've been out of town for the last three weekends, so my house is a mess, we have no clean laundry, but we've had lots of fun! We spent this weekend in Spanish Fork.

Annabelle: November 2011
http://annaelizabethyoung.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html
Thursday, November 10, 2011. Birthdays are such a special time of the year. When you receive presents from people you dont expect and expect presents from people that you dont receive. Not that birthdays are all about the presents, but it's a good way to begin my story. This year I received a special present that I am so thankful for, not because of what I was given, but because of the story I am now able to tell and the lesson I will now be able teach to my future daughters. You can imagine my apprehens...

http://aaronandcamile.blogspot.com/2014_02_01_archive.html
The Parson Family Journal. Sunday, February 16, 2014. We have three winter birthdays all within 2 weeks of each other - not bragging, just complaining ;) - Ellie, me and Aubree. And this year both Ellie and Aubree had birthday parties with friends. And guess what? This was Ellie's cake for our own family celebration. A cute little round ball… or is it? Next came my birthday:. Aubree and I had a cozy indoor picnic (notice the space heater behind us) for lunch. Yummy Japanese take-out for dinner. We had a ...

Aaron, Camile, Carly, Ellise, and Aubree: September 2014
http://aaronandcamile.blogspot.com/2014_09_01_archive.html
The Parson Family Journal. Tuesday, September 30, 2014. Our friends, the West's go on vacations a few times a year, and when they do we usually get to stay at their house to watch their dog and hamster. The girls absolutely LOVE it! The girls enjoy jumping off the dock and swimming to the rocky shore or using inner tubes and rafts. The rocky shore gives endless amounts of crabbing and discovery. They have tons board games. A couple of our favorites are LIFE (I win every time) and Say Anything. Play with ...
