Tuesday, 23 June 2015. Our last physical education lesson for term 2. Wow how time is flying past. Thursday, 18 June 2015. Music lessons have become very fun. We are even allowed to play the drums. Wednesday, 20 May 2015. Something is bugging me! The grade 2’s had a value lesson: “When something is bugging me”. They looked at different ways reacting, responding and dealing with different situations. There were 10 options and they had to role play this with a partner. Wednesday, 13 May 2015. Every Tuesday the Grade 2s have classroom music with Mrs Punt. On Tuesday 21/04, the Grade 2s got to play on drums. It was lots of fun and a LOT of noise! Monday, 3 August 2015. Plays on Bullying (Pictures, Videos to follow). During the last few weeks of term we started looking at bullying. We had discussions with the children about what they think about bullying and the results were quite uplifting. Then we gave them scripts which had a scenario of bullying that could happen quite often, and the two different ways to deal with the bullying. Wednesday, 12 August 2015. Quinten's Farewell End of the Term Fun - 26 June. At the end of term 2 we said farewell to Quinten Pienaar who was at our school for 2 terms.
