They have a series of pre-decorated designer trees that are available for a modest $2K-$6K. Our favorite one is below. It is the perfect tree for Tim and Rindy's home in Minnesota. Classic Baked Mac n' Cheese. 1 12oz box of macaroni noodles. 1 large white onion. 3 tbsp. butter. 3 1/2 cups milk. 12 ounces sharp cheddar cheese (roughly grated). 1 1/2 cup crushed croutons or bread crumbs. Kristin and Paul Smith. Sunday, October 9, 2011. About A Year Later. I was turning the BIG 30! Paul decided that for my birthday he would take me away to a luxurious vacation in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. We stayed at Casa Velas a 5 Star resort. It was beautiful! We stayed in two different suite style rooms. One room had a private jacuzzi on the balcony while the second room had a private plunge pool overlooking the golf course.
