A SAHM's journey through life with her 3 rug rats in tow. Friday, May 14, 2010. Crock Pot Challenge Day #6. Today was all about easy. I made sloppy Joe's in the crock pot. The meat turned out super tender and flavorful. I toasted the buns under the broiler before serving.yum! 1 lb of ground beef or turkey (I used turkey). 1 packet of Sloppy Joe Mix. 1 Can Tomato Paste (6 oz). 1 cup warm water. Mix all ingredients and cook on high for 3 to 5 hours. This is an easy meal in a pinch. View my complete profile.

I thought I'd make a breakfast and serve it for dinner. I wanted something easy since this morning was busy so I made a Mexican Breakfast Casserole. It took me less than 5 minutes to throw this together so if you are in a rush, this would be perfect. 2 cups fat free milk. 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend. 1 can of green chilies, drained. Wow, Wow, Wubbzy.

Flank Steak with Apples, Feta, and Almonds.how can you go wrong? Flank Steak with Apples, Feta, and Almonds. 3 lbs of flank steak. 1/2 cup of honey. 1/2 cup of soy sauce (I used low sodium). 3/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese. 2 garlic cloves, chopped. 1 green apple, diced (I used granny smith). 1/3 cup raw almonds, chopped.
