Sunday, March 20, 2011. 1/3 kg baguio beans, sliced diagonally. 1 pack chicken powder. 2 pcs garlic cloves, chopped. 1 pc onion, sliced. 2 pcs tomatoes, chopped. 1 1/2 tsp soy sauce. 1 Heat oil. Thursday, May 6, 2010. 250 g spaghetti, cooked as per package directions. 6 cloves garlic, crushed. 1 medium onion, chopped. 2 medium eggplants, diced. 1 can (365 g) spaghetti meat sauce. 1/2 cup grated cheese. 2 Pour over or mix with cooked spaghetti. Additional flour for dusting. Additional vegetable oil for greasing the bowl. 1/4 c of fine bread crumbs. Instructions Prepare the dough following then instructions for the basic bread recipe. Adobong Pusit from Luto Ni Lola. 2-3 cloves garlic, minced. Medium-size onion, chopped. 1/2 kilo pusit (squid), cleaned. 1/2 cup water patis (fish sauce) and pepper. 1 Heat oil on a skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic and onion. 2 Add cleaned squids. Add patis and pepper to taste. Saute for about 10-15 minutes. 3 Add water and vinegar. Do not stir. Lower the heat and simmer for about 15 minutes or until squid is done. Note: Do not over cook the squids. The meat can get tough. 4 Serve with steamed rice.
