Kutululu is amalgamation of programming language and application development framework. Kutululu will be used to develop desktop applications with GUI like text editor, spreadsheet etc. It tries to define, how an aplication development API should be designed to be both simple and powerfull. Limited set of interfaces (we try to unify most concepts using few universal interfaces). Compact (through reuse of functionality). Modular (hierarchical modules with support for plugins, dynamic loading).

Casting can be performad at the moment of program execution (dynamically), when the actual value of the casted variable is known. Type defines set of values. Variable of given type can hold one of the values from this set. Types are organized into basic classes, type object is parametrization of a type class. For example Int 9.11 is parametrization of type class Int. Such type can contain only value 9, 10 or 11. Picture: Relationship between class, type and value.
