Who'd have ever thought? Friday, October 21, 2011. Don't you just love Utah in the Fall? It's that time of year again. The leaves are changing, the weather is getting cooler, the days shorter, and the nights longer. This is my favorite time of year, it always has been, but this year it is even more so because two years ago I went on my first date with Kyle and almost one year ago we got married! I feel like we just got married! So many things have happened in the past year it doesn't even seem real!

We went to Six Flags, the Pier, M. Uir Woods, Farmers Market, and watched my brother in law graduate from Dental school! Unsure about what is going on here. For some reason I was craving one while I was making dinner. I found a recipe in one of my many recipe books and it was super easy! I didn't even know if Kyle liked pineapple upside down cake, but hey what I want I get hahaha ; ).
