Saturday, July 4, 2015. This year our July fourth was kind of crazy! It was empty. No cars, no floats, no people. Nothing! We were a little disappointed, and very confused. As it turns out, there was not a parade in South Jordan. Sad day for us! But thankfully I was smart enough to lay his big towel down and change him on there, or the damages could have been much much worse! Around 4 we left Aunt Jan's and went to my parents house. We planned to have a major mega water fight! Sure sounded like fun!

Thursday, June 18, 2015. And other Florida Adventures. And I even beat Paul once! We had an early night and got to bed so that we could be wide awake and refreshed for church on Sunday. Playing on the beach after our red eye flight, three hours of sleep, and a 2 hour long drive to get here. It was overcast outside, but the water felt fabulous. Almost too warm! Even though we are married and have a kid, we still kind of love each other ;). Paul was being camera shy. So I took a picture of him anyway.

Monday, March 23, 2015. Megan and I ran 13.1 miles on Saturday in the Canyonlands half Marathon. Now that it is over I am glad that I did it, but during those last 2 miles I was really wondering why I was willingly torturing myself. I beat my goal time of 2 hours finishing just under 1 hour and 56 minutes. We did the half marathon for the first time 5 years ago, way back before either of us had any kids. It was really hard! Friday, June 5, 2009. Talon had his 9 month check up today and is doing great! He is 18.5 lbs, 29 in length and right on target for everything else. Now I can feed him solid food. I am so glad that he is doing so well ,but I can't handle seeing my baby grow at the blink of an eye. The other day he said "KYKY" which is what his sissy wants to be called. She was so excited that she ran and hugged him! I just love to watch the two of them become friends. It makes motherhood all worth it! 1- He crawls fast.
