I was recently asked about how I plan meals, but after thinking about it for a bit I realised that I don't have one set way of doing things. How do you usually go about deciding what you will eat and when you will eat it? Do you make lists of what's in the fridge and freezer? Do you have a general idea of what you will make or do you decide as you are cooking? Do you buy ingredients especially so you can make a certain dish? Do you try to come up with recipes using what's in the fridge and cupboards?

But at the same time it would be nice to hear some opinions on different things too. Anyway, this pregnancy has just flown by, I can't believe I've hit the third trimester already. The morning sickness lasted for 20 weeks so I guess things just crept up on me, considering it's only been 8 weeks since it stopped. 年賀状 (nengajo) are done! Well ok, technically not all of them are sent yet, but they will be by tomorrow morning. The Japanese ones are sent.
