Bear Valley Trail, Pt Reyes. Message in a Bottle →. May 11, 2014 · 7:54 pm. Grass Valley Trail, winter through spring might as well be summer…. I love this little trail. We get to it from Anthony Chabot Regional Park Bort Meadow parking on Redwood Road, the back way between Oakland and Castro Valley. It’s less than ten miles from our house, and a small driving adventure (whee curves oh shit bikes). But the hills should be green in January. The grass is green and tall. I was too hot. A Few Good Things.

Monday, May 13, 2013. Some of you may recognize the signs of prom.) In fact, much of Saturday was spent on the getting-ready part of prom (getting nails done, for example). There was even hair-doing. I'm not much of a girl, really, and you've all seen how short my hair is these days, so that involved going out to actually purchase a hair-dryer and curling iron (! They auction off small — tiny — quilts to raise money for research. Seems like the size (9″x12″) might be good for working on while traveling. Am always looking for ideas for portable projects.
