The Lane County Pollution Prevention Coalition (P2C) is a cooperative effort between the City of Eugene, City of Springfield, Lane County, Eugene Water and Electric Board (EWEB), Springfield Utility Board (SUB), Lane Regional Air Protection Agency (LRAPA), and the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ).
