Tuesday, August 20, 2013. To a sexy goddess. Cake is ok for a goddess. Yes, one of my projects of ME, is also getting the fit back. I tried before summer, and did not succeed. I simply did not have time for exercise. But now, I try again. So, biking to work as usual, but on top of that 4 hours of some training at the gym weekly - and of course bit less candy. Monday, October 15, 2012. Gastro Week at Aarhus: L'estragon. Last Thursday started Aarhus Gastro Week. Fine dining restaurant of this small city offered 3 course dinners with 250 kr (wine menu not included). We have been at Miro and Substans, so we decided to go to L'estragon on Friday, little, cozy, french restaurant in heart of Aarhus. For the real first course steamed hake with spinach and fennel and tarragon with creamy saffron foam. It was very, very delicious. The second course was totally my favor...

Wednesday, January 30, 2013. What would I do with a lottery win? From time to time I find myself thinking (or more likely dreaming) what would I do with a lottery win? Let say like 7m euros. Huge amount of money I cannot even understand well. Yard with herb garden, veggies and flowers. in 8000 area, so close to the center. And a new bicycle. And eco-house, well insulated, energy saving and taking all from the sun and the wind it just can get. Trees inside and on the yard. Have two ovens and a huge fridge...

Maanantai 25. maaliskuuta 2013. Joka pääsiäinen suunnittelen valmistavani ihanaa pashaa. Tasaisesti joka pääsiäinen asia onkin sitten jäänyt siihen suunnitteluvaiheeseen, korkeintaan käyn ostamassa sellaisen pienen valmispashapurkin kaupasta ja herkuttelen sitten sillä. Tänä vuonna tein vihdoinkin poikkeuksen. Sunnuntai 10. helmikuuta 2013. Laskiaispullat tuli leivottua jo aiemmin tällä viikolla, mutta koska mieleni teki leipoa tänäänkin, päädyin muffinsseihin. Tällä kertaa tuli kokeiltua makuna limen ja valkosuklaan yhdistelmää. 1dl piimää (tai jogurttia/kermaviiliä). 1 limen raastettu kuori. N 100g valkosuklaata karkeaksi rouhittuna. Sekoita sokeri ja kananmuna keskenään. Lisää piimä ja voi, sekä keskenään sekoitetut kuivat aineet. Mausta taikina valkosuklaarouheella sekä limenkuoriraasteella.

Tiistai 2. huhtikuuta 2013. Olen himoinnut viime aikoina keksejä, joista tulee lapsuus mieleen. Eilen toimerruin sitten leipomaan. Ajattelin aluksi tehdä Hannatädin kakkuja, mutta koska meillä ei ollut kermaa, päädyinkin vilhelmiinoihin. Nämä on tosi hyviä ja superhelppoja tehdä - ja tosiaan, ainekset löytyy aina kaapista.
