Wednesday, April 7, 2010. Thats My Baby Girl! Payson High School Winter Guard, won the gold! They are the new 2010 UWGA Circuit State Champions. I am so proud of all of them, they have worked so hard for it, and ARE the best in the state! Especially proud of Shelby, being there for all those competitions and and seeing the expression on her face every time she took first place was priceless. That is so AWESOME! He has been on the t.v. thing for the last two or three years, around the time that he got his motorcycle, that was his thing before. (he never wants anything cheap! Tuesday, February 23, 2010. With the fall and Winter, came Winter Guard. This is the grand finale of the year. Now we are in Competition season and get to see what 16 hours of practice a week looks like. They have had 3 Competitions so far, and have taken FIRST PLACE! At all 3 of them. They still have 3 to go. I was amazed the first time I saw them compete, they were so good it made tears come to my eyes. and I still get so excited every time I watch them! She really loves GUARD!
