Sabtu, 22 Mei 2010. Mau sarapan pagi ini? Wah kalo kita mah kalo belum sarapan nasi rasanya belum kenyang. Sarapan pagi ya makan nasi. bisa nasi goreng (paling gampang), nasi uduk (biasanya beli atau kalau hari Sabtu/Minggu baru masak sendiri). Roti? Kadang2 aja, kalo asisten lagi males masak, soalnya kalo sarapan roti rasanya cuma kayak cemilan hehehe. Hari Sabtu/Minggu anak2 suka request bikin nasi uduk buat sarapan, soalnya kalo beli suka nggak enak. Nah nasi uduk yang suka aku bikin resepnya sbb :.

Minggu, 23 Mei 2010. Hari Minggu (tanggal tua) jadi nggak kemana-mana.ngendon aja di rumah. Pagi-pagi jalan-jalan sama anak-anak di sekitas kompleks sambil olah raga, abis itu masak.trus ngoprek bahan kue pengen bikin cake. Kebetulan masih ada gula palem satu bungkus belum kepake. Nyari-nyari resep akhirnya mutusin bikin Onbitjkoek resep Primarasa. Bikinnya gampang koq. 1 0 kuning telur. 7 putih telur = = = = = aku pakai 8 butir telur utuh (males nyisain putih telur:-). Taburi kenari cincang di atasnya.

Hari ini nyoba pakai wajan serabi yang dari tanah liat, udah punya lama siiih tapi nggak pernah dipakai karena pernah trauma bikin serabi lengket semua di wajan nggak bisa diangkat hiks. Minggu, 30 Mei 2010. Asem, pedes.dingin-dingin slruuuuupp. Bikin aja rujak serut. Panas-panas gini makan rujak serut dingin.hmmmm.jadi ngecesss. Mangga muda (kalau pakai mangga kuweni lebih mantap). Seperti bikin bumbu rujak biasa, gula merah, cabe, garam terasi. Banyaknya disesuaikan dengan banyaknya buah. Serut semua buah, campur dengan sambel/bumbu. Simpan di lemari es. Sajikan dingin. She chose macarons from Claudia Fleming’s The Last Course: The Desserts of Gramercy Tavern as the challenge recipe. I have to say that there was a lot to like about this challenge. Outstanding texture in the seared meat and textural and flavor compliments in the garnish. Trout: on celeriac purée with a tart fennel slaw and blood orange hollandaise.
