Januari 18, 2016. I mer än två år har jag ätit vegetarisk mat. Det var sist och slutligen en väldigt lätt och smidig övergång. Att övergå till växtbaserad kost är något jag verkligen inte ångrar och jag rekommenderar det varmt. Jag är inte särskilt intresserad av matlagning och tycker mig varken ha tid eller lust med långkok. Speciellt i veckorna är det ofta snabbmat som gäller. Helst skall det vara färdigt på en kvart.
